Selected for Wales in 2021 at the age of 15 and a half, Jamie became the second youngest player in history to win a senior Welsh cap when he played alongside his father Jason in the Celtic Cup, a record now unlikely to ever be broken due to the minimum international age being increased to 16-years-old.
Jets' lone non-disabled player, Jamie started playing Wheelchair Rugby League to accompany his father who lost a leg following an accident in work. Playing through the years at Torfaen Tigers, Jamie was the WRL League's top try and points scorer in 2025. Also a rugby union player locally with RTB Ebbw Vale after coming through the Dragons' youth sides.
